Baya Consulting & Management was built
from real experience not theory.

I’m Sam, and I’ve spent my career at the intersection of operations, training, and business systems. From leading and scaling teams in high-growth environments to working inside family-run small businesses I’ve seen firsthand how messy and rewarding running a business can be.

Small businesses don’t struggle because they lack passion. They struggle because they’re juggling everything at once, operations, finances, staff, systems, often without clear structure.

 

That’s where I come in.

 

Through bookkeeping, operational efficiency, and learning & development support, I help business owners:
